Daniel Stoltzfus and his wife, alongside their five children, now steward the 67-acre farm that Daniel’s father operated for roughly 40 years.

Fields are given extended rest periods, anywhere from 30 to 90 days, allowing forage to fully recover before livestock rotate back through.
